Showed up at the restaurant and they pretty much had my Eatigo booking ready to go. The discount was applied without any hassle, so everything went smoothly. Overall, it was a good experience.

i mean, the deals are okay overall, but I’ve had a few times where the reminders showed up a little too late for my bookings. It’s helpful when it works, just wish the timing was more reliable.

I’ve tried Eatigo a few times, but where I live the restaurant selection is kind of a joke. It’s always the same few places popping up, like welcome back to the “Usual Suspects Dining Club.” The discounts look decent, sure, but if the options are mostly boring or places I’d never actually book, then what’s the point? Hopefully they add more normal local restaurants soon, because right now it feels more like a discount app for the “We Have Food At Home” crowd.

"App kept freezing while I was trying to book"
I was just trying to check out one deal and the app kept freezing on me. Then the restaurant page wouldn’t even load sometimes, which made it even more annoying. Also, the filters are kind of confusing, like I wasn’t sure if I was narrowing things down or making it harder to find stuff. I ended up restarting the app three times just to look at one deal. it was a frustrating experience...

"Discount wasn’t as good as it seemed"
I thought the discount was going to make a bigger difference, but the final bill ended up being higher than I expected. I guess it was still somewhat cheaper than paying full price, so I can’t complain too much, but it definitely didn’t feel like the great deal I thought I was getting

"Easy booking, just a bit of waiting stress"
I booked a table through eatigo and the payment process was smooth. My card went through without any problems, and the booking confirmation came through fairly quickly. The only thing was the receipt/booking email took a few minutes to arrive, and I felt a bit pressured just waiting there not knowing if everything had actually gone through or if I needed to try again. Thankfully, there were no double charges or strange errors in the end. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d use it again, but I do wish the confirmation showed up instantly.

I booked this through eatigo, and while the discount did go through properly, the menu at the restaurant wasn’t the same as the one shown on the app. A few items we had seen earlier were missing, and some of the prices seemed different too. It was a bit frustrating because we had basically chosen the place after looking at that menu and deciding what we might order, so when we got there, it felt like we weren’t really getting what we expected. Not a terrible experience overall, but definitely annoying and something worth checking before you go

I’ve been having trouble managing my account because the settings keep acting strange. At first I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, but I’m not so sure anymore. I reached out to support and they tried, I guess, but it didn’t really fix anything. Frustrating overall.

I’ve used eatigo a few times before and it was generally fine, so I thought it was reliable enough. But my last booking made me a bit unsure. The app showed my reservation as confirmed, but when I got to the restaurant, they said they didn’t have it. I contacted support, but the reply was slow. The discounts are definitely tempting, but from my experience, it doesn’t really help if the booking itself isn’t dependable. I’d still use it maybe, but I’d call the restaurant first just to make sure.

"Pretty smooth overall"
I’ve used eatigo a few times for dinner and it’s been mostly easy. The discount was applied at the restaurant without me having to do much, which was nice. There was one time where the available timings weren’t great, but it still worked out in the end. Overall, I’d use it again.

I’ve used Eatigo a few times and most of the time the confirmation comes through quickly, which I do appreciate. The info in the app and email is usually accurate too, like the booking time and discount. But there was one time the restaurant couldn’t find my reservation at first, and I had to pull out my phone and show them the confirmation. It got sorted in the end, but it was a bit awkward and annoying because everything seemed confirmed on my side. I just wish the communication between Eatigo and the restaurants was clearer and more reliable.

i’ve used eatigo a few times now, and the discounts are the main reason i keep checking it. i’ve gotten around 30-50% off at some restaurants, which makes eating out feel a lot more affordable. the only thing is you really have to look at the time slots, since the bigger discounts aren’t always during the most convenient hours. still, it’s worked well for me so far and helped me save a decent amount
